Lynn was very helpful installing an opener that we purchased. After seeing the opener and rail he explained the benefit of a single rail vs the rail that came with the opener which I appreciated. We made the decision to get a single rail to ensure the best possible outcome for the opener. Cody Llewellyn was great! Replaced my springs, bearings, cables and rollers. Also educated me that I can’t use LED bulbs in my LiftMaster model from 2015, as the LED bulbs mess with the timing in the electronics.
